Emma Lunder , 33 years old biathlete have announced on her social networks recently on Saturday evening that she had made her mind to end her biathlete career by the end of this season. The top-ranked Canadian participated in the World Cup in 2020, 2021, 2020, 2023, 2024 and 2025,Â
As per Emma Lunder letter on social media, she says that…
“It’s impossible to put into words what the last 17 years in this sport have meant to me. From my first international races in 2009 to my first World Cups, I never imagined I would represent Canada at seven World Championships and two Olympic Games ,” she wrote on Instagram .
“The milestones in my career—my first top-30 World Cup finish, my first top-10 finish, my first flower ceremony—have been unforgettable ,” she continues. “But what I cherish most are the incredible people I’ve met along the way. Traveling the world while pursuing my biathlon dreams has been a privilege, and the biathlon family, both internationally and in Canada, has made this journey truly special.”
Emma Lunder is going to compete inher last biathlon competitions ever in her life after that she will not be seen in international biathlon competition. The match is next week, at the finals in Oslo-Holmenkollen (Norway). we all biathlon lovers will dearly miss her amazing performance in coming times and she will not be forgotten so soon.
